Job Description

The Nutrition Services Manager plans and directs the food service activities for our pediatric and young adult patients, their families, staff, and visitors.  Clinical responsibilities include assessing patients' nutritional needs, planning diet plans, counseling patients and their families, and supervising another clinical dietitian.  Also supervises food service staff, food preparation, ensuring we meet Department of Health sanitation and food safety standards, purchasing, and performing administrative duties.

Job Requirements

B.S. in Dietetics or Food & Nutrition Science, registered dietitian certification with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Hawaii Dietitian license and minimum 5 years experience required.  Supervisory experience desirable.
