Job Description


Shriners Hospitals for Children - Honolulu is seeking a Performance Improvement Manager to oversee the areas of PI, regulatory compliance including The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation, and risk management.  The Manager works closely with leadership and other management staff to identify areas to improve, form teams, formulate a problem-solving intervention method, and measure outcomes to increase safety, efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Also, ensure the hospital meets the requirements of TJC and other regulatory agencies and, have systematically reduce accidents and errors thru our risk management program.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 year health care performance improvement coordination and program development experience, and regulatory compliance, which included The Joint Commission accreditation, analyzing medical records and extracting data, policy and report writing, facilitating meetings and training.  Supervisor experience desirable.
