Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Donor Development department.  Tasks include preparing correspondence and presentations, data entry, maintaining reports and files, utilizing social accounts and updating information, coordinating meetings and preparing minutes, coordinating special events, conducting presentations and tours for groups, assisting donors, and other duties. 

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years clerical experience.  Strong computer skills on Microsoft Office suite of programs.  Excellent oral and writing communication skills including ability to speak before a large audience and prepare correspondence on a variety of topics.
