Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator works with the Director of Business Development with administrative, organizational, and analytic duties. The assistant will work with leadership, medical staff, and front line employees to support business analytic functions related to growth and strategic planning. The assistant is responsible for domains related to strategic planning, physician outreach, team meetings, dashboard design and business development. The assistant will oversee data, reporting, and indicator management, analysis, report compilation, and presentation to support clinical and business needs. The assistant will have a high level of organizational, time management, analytic, and communication skills.

The work of this person supports our facilities in Boston and Springfield and most of the work can be done remotely. As such, it is not important for the successful candidate to live near either facility.

Skill Sets Required

·         Highly proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

·         Able to construct and work with detailed graphs, tables, PivotTables, and dashboards.

·         High level of organization and time management skills.

·         Meticulous attention to detail

·         High level of analytic skills, written and oral communication skills.
