PRN Care Manager, RN
PRN CARE MANAGER, RN
This is a relief/on-call position with health insurance benefits. Provides assessments, planning, interventions and follow-up for patients across the continuum of care to facilitate the creation of, and adherence to, a treatment plan aimed to reach optimum health. BSN required, MSN preferred. 5 yrs RN experience preferably pediatrics in orthopedics, neuromuscular conditions. WA RN license required. 3 yrs Care/Case Mgmt including Utilization Management experience and Certification in Case Management preferred.
BSN with a WA State License required.
