Speech Language Pathologist
Shriners Hospitals for Children the leader in the fields of acute burn injury treatment and rehabilitation. We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Initially, this position will be split between our two locations, Galveston and Houston, Texas (approximately 30 minutes drive from Galveston)
You will have the unique opportunity to help our patients through their burn journey from the moment the child is wheeled through the door through the time the child leaves to go home. You'll get to help our kids grow into the new person that they will be. Y ou'll provide evaluations, treatment plans, education and training to meet the communication and swallowing needs of our patients.
Education
Masters degree in Speech Pathology required
Experience
- 1 years experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
